Facility Upgrades – Expect Peak Shipping Schedule from November 11 to November 19, 2024 

Between November 11th and November 19th, 2024, our warehouse and fulfillment facility will be undergoing essential upgrades to enhance our operations and improve your overall shopping experience. Orders placed within this timeframe will not be shipped according to our normal schedule. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service.  While these upgrades are underway, our facilities will need to follow our peak shipping schedules. 

Orders received between November 11 and November 19 will require extended fulfillment time and may not ship until normal service resumes the week of November 19, regardless of the shipping method selected. 

If you have urgent inquiries or concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team. Please note that Customer Service is not able to expedite or initiate shipments during this timeframe.

SHIPPING:

Where do you ship? 

We proudly offer international shipping with minimal restrictions. During checkout, the delivery cost and estimated timing will be calculated based on your address. If your address or country is not listed in our delivery options, it means we currently are unable to ship to your location. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs are calculated per order (based on things like weight, size, and the shipping option selected) once you have entered items into your basket and have proceeded through the check-out. 

    How long does delivery take?

    Orders are typically dispatched by the Distribution Center (DC) within 1 – 3 business days of placing your order. Please allow additional time for customized and special orders.

    Special order items fulfilled by a third-party vendor may take between 4 to 6 weeks to ship. Please be aware that third-party items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or any promotional discounts.

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. 

     PO Box Support: 

    *PO box and other non-standard delivery addresses are not eligible for Express and Next Day shipping. If selected, the delivery method will automatically be updated to a compatible service, which may result in delayed transit time. 

    Customs, Duties & Taxes: 

    Orders shipped outside of U.S. are subject to customs, duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are NOT included in the shipping cost. 

    Wholesale Orders & Tax Exempt Orders: 

    For wholesale and/or tax exempt order inquiries, contact lgmwholesale@legends.net with details and include links to the products of interest. Please note that these types of discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders.

     

    RETURN POLICY:

    We have a 30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order; *exclusions may apply based on the items. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear, and all labels still attached.  

    *Personalized and collectible items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    Upon receiving your returned items, it generally takes up to 5 business days to process the return. However, during busy periods, processing may take longer, so please allow up to 14 business days. 

    How do I return the items? 

    Please return items using your preferred carrier with a trackable shipping option. Be sure to obtain a tracking number to confirm proof of delivery for your package. We are not responsible for any parcels lost during transit.

    Please Note: 

    • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Any items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.  
    • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the material or workmanship. 
    • Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.  
    • NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE 

    I received damaged/faulty product. 

    If the merchandise you received is of unsatisfactory quality, damaged, or defective, please contact customer support to file a damage claim and request a prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method,  the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

    Can I exchange an item? 

    To exchange items, kindly return the unwanted item(s) and place a new online order.  

    You are responsible for the shipping fees associated with your return or exchange. Please use your preferred carrier with a trackable shipping option and obtain a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. 

    Please allow up to 14 business from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.  

    Will my original price be honored? 

    Yes, for the same style number we will honor the original purchase price when you reorder a different color or size.  For assistance with reapplying any discounts, feel free to contact customer support. 

    Cancellations (US only): 

    • If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us through the Contact Us page on the website immediately. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery, so it may not be possible to change or cancel your order once it's confirmed. Please contact customer support promptly for assistance. 

      If your order has been processed, the customer support team will provide you with information about how to return the item. 

      Please Note: 

      • Pre-Orders: The delivery for preorder items depends on the production and shipping schedules. Cancellations may be possible if the order has not been processed yet, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. 
      • Refunds: If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Once processed, you will receive a refund for the returned item, which may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your bank statement 
      • Personalized Jerseys: Please allow 1-3 weeks for production and shipping of personalized game jerseys, or 4-6 weeks for production and shipping of personalized elite jerseys. This includes time to process, customize and ship your officially licensed personalized jersey. All sales are final for personalized jerseys
